Hello, skin scrape was done, its not mites, the medicine given for a bacterial infection didn't exactly do anything. He's been on two rounds of antibiotics. The vet said it probably wasn't ringworm, as they need hair to test for that and gizmo is naked. We have switched him to a limited ingredient brand food of just salmon and peas o think. Do you think this is a yeast infection? That seems like the last thing it could be. It seems to be getting worse before it gets better. Attaching photos

I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good. • My cat has had digestive issues since I adopted her 2 months ago.
