My cat's claw seems to have been torn from the skin. It's still there, but there is bleeding underneath. He's also limping as a result. Is there anything I can do from home to help him with this?

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up.
