Good day. Our 10 month old French Bulldog has an odd look to his testicles. He is mostly an apartment living dog with daily outside play. We check for bite marks etc after each excursion. We are monitoring this situation but as soon as we touch it, it seems as if it is itchy for him. He is a healthy dog otherwise. Any advice would be appreciated.
