My cat is constipated and has been healing from a broken pelvis. He weighs around 3.2-3.5kg. The vet recommended that I should give him 5ml of lactulose twice a day, but that gives him diarrhoea. If i give him only one dosage, he is still constipated. How lactulose do you think should I give him?
