My kitten has soft stool; it's not watery, it's more of the texture of baby poop. This has been going on for about a week. I just moved in wit someone who has an older cat, so she's been eating some regular cat food as well as her kitten chow, but I am concerned that her stool hasn't gone back to normal yet. I just need to know if I should take her to a vet for this or not. Thanks!

• My cat has had digestive issues since I adopted her 2 months ago. They have improved dramatically over time, but she still has semi-regular gas and seems to be in mild-moderate discomfort from day-to-day.
