Noticed this on dog lip a few weeks ago. Same color as skin, doesn’t bother him, hasn’t changed, VERY small... looks like a grain of rice. Family vet examined (felt, looked etc) and confidently said skin tag. Is the lip a common place for them? Should I be crazy with worry or be satisfied with keeping an eye on it til next visit?

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good.
