My dog has thus bump on his chin I just noticed it in not sure what it is and I don't havr the money to bring him to the get rn .He got a bump like this on his lip a while ago but it went aeay he also got a bump on his penis that was red and swollen too. I'm just wondering what this is , and if I should be worried or take him to the vet.He doesn't seem to be acting different and from as far as I can tell he's eating and drinking normall. Please help

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
