My dog's nose is dry. Does this mean he is dehydrated? I am worried that it is not wet. He is on 250 ml per day of sodium chloride 0.9% of subcantaneous fluids and has stage 4 kidney disease. Is there anything I can do to make his nose wet again? Thank you!

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
