My chihuahua (6 lbs) was vaccinated (Rabies 1 yr) in August of 2017. I need to renew his license (town) this month, and am wondering if it is safe to vaccinate him this month rather than waiting til August. (3 yr rabies)

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
