My cat got an X-ray to see if he has bladder stones. I attached a photo. The vet gave him the OK, but I just wanted to get a second opinion. He's been peeing everywhere for a long time now and none of the medication all the different vets gave him seemed to be working. If it's not stones or UTI, what could it be? Will neutering him help lessen his accidents?

I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good.
