My Italian greyhound puppy Is 14 weeks old. Second set of shots. He just had an unknown kind of accident. His tip of his penis is slightly red and swollen. However, he urinated, and shows no sign of pain or discomfort. Should I take him to the vet? Is there a home remedy, like peroxide, I can put on him to avoid infection?

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. • My dog had an infected sebaceous cyst for months, and an abscess near it too. I took him to 4 veterinarians and each prescribed antibiotics.
