Took my dog to the vet today and they suspect he has a brain tumor. He had a seizure this past weekend, hasn't had one since. This is the first time he's ever had a seizure. Other symptoms include disorientation, lethargy, incontinence, confusion, pacing, panting, lack of appetite (although he does still eat, just at random times and however much food he wants to eat). He's a mutt with some German Shepherd in him. Probably 12-14 years old. What treatment would you recommend at this age? Thanks.

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up.
