My 10lb dog has PTSD from being attacked four different times. It is awful everytime he sees another dog. If the dog growls and lunges, he becomes terrified hiding on my chest. He barks at other dogs all the time. People too. Several times a group of kids in the neighboorhood woul terrorize us. What do I do?
