My vet said this is mange but said for me to try happy jack. Advice on if this is truly sarcoptic mange? Also is there a oral medication I can ask for or buy that will help? His skin is warm to touch and pinkish/red. He has lose hair around anus as well and has crusty toes from biting so much. It has gotten a bit better but not fast enough. I bought a cone recently and it’s helped some.

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up.
