My cat just giving birth 5 days ago, and today i noticed something on one of her nipples. There's like some dirt(?) at the tip of the nip. I'm worried is this the start of mastitis or just a dirt cause by the babies?

• I discovered my dog drinking out of a bucket of really gross dark green water outside. He was throwing up for a few days. I’ve since removed the bucket of water and he’s stopped throwing up. They have improved dramatically over time, but she still has semi-regular gas and seems to be in mild-moderate discomfort from day-to-day.
