My male dog just had to undergo a cystotomy surgery to remove bladder stones which ended up with him having a stomach full of over 2 liters of urine after the first day. Had to go to ER vet and he was there for 6 days they did a urethrostomy. Hes been recovering for 8 days now. Every time he urinates (from his new hole) blood drips out or leaves clots at the tip of his penis. Why is this happening

• I discovered my dog drinking out of a bucket of really gross dark green water outside. He was throwing up for a few days. I’ve since removed the bucket of water and he’s stopped throwing up.
