My dog has been having diarrhea and he was vomiting since yesterday I gave him some pepto bismol yesterday but not today. I’m taking hi tomorrow to the vet it’s something to worry about?

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
