Hi, my dog is tilting her head and body to the left. My vet says it is not an inner ear infection and she has to be examined by a neurologist and have an MRI. Is there anything that they can do for her if they do find something in the MRI? She's eating and drinking normally and her bowels and bladder are working normally.

• My cat has had digestive issues since I adopted her 2 months ago. They have improved dramatically over time, but she still has semi-regular gas and seems to be in mild-moderate discomfort from day-to-day.
