OOps, I did not see that your puppy is so young. Please ignore my previous answer and do the following: Tobi needs to be wormed with a puppy wormer. He is so small that he will need to be kept warm, ie needs a warm bed to stay in if he wants to. As for Cerelac, it is not really a good puppy food and you should feed him a good quality complete puppy food for large dogs, 4 times daily. He will also need his first parvo vaccination. Having diarrhea such as you describe can be caused by worms, or an infection, therefore I suggest you take Tobi to a veterinarian for an exam. Do not reduce water intake, as diarrhea causes dehydration.

Cerelac is not really a dog food. Your puppy needs to be fed with a complete puppy food for large dogs or specifically for GSDs. But before you change to a puppy food do the following: Diarrhea can have many causes such as a problem with the stomach and intestines caused by a food over sensitivity, eating something that does not agree with the dog, intestinal parasites, an intestinal blockage, bacterial infection, viral infection, the weather, food change, stress, etc. I would fast Tobi for 12 hours and then put the puppy on bland food for two days, such as boiled white rice and boiled white boneless chicken meat, fed in small quantities over several feeds and then transition back to puppy food slowly over a few days. If this does not clear up the diarrhea or if your dog gets lethargic, it needs to see a veterinarian for an exam as there may be something more serious such as an infection going on.
