What tests can my Chihuahua have done to check for infection and also separately nasal mites? Chronic reverse sneezing for two weeks.

He could have some nasal swabs sent off to a lab for culture and sensitivity / ringworm test, and an X-ray of his heads d upper respiratory tract. I think endoscopy might not be possible due to his small size ...

It depends on the infection but blood tests or swabs can be done. As far as the reverse sneezing goes it is more likely to be something stuck in the nasal canal such as a grass seed. This will need examination probably under anaesthetic.
