My 8 month old lab pit mix puppy is looking bloated he is still walking around eating and drinking urinating and pooping properly he did throw up 2 times both containing food and he will let you touch his stomach he seems okay but his stomach is hard could it be he ate to fast?

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
