My 5 month old puppy has had 1 treatment of strongid a month ago. We saw worms in his poop this morning. We have tri heart plus to start him on, but I think the worms were tapeworms. Can I give him both the tri heart plus and pet armour de-wormer for the tapeworms at the same time? Or should I space it out?

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good.
