Hi. I accidentally gave my 3-4 month old 11kg puppy 1 tab of Itraconazole 100mg instead of 1/2 a tab. Should I be worried?

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up.
