My dog was recently diagnosed with a stage 3 heart murmur. I was told this is common in small breeds. They did an X-ray and and echocardiogram and he is on pimobendan. I wanted To start giving him CoQ10,I need to order Pet Wellbeing Young at Heart, & Nordic Naturals Omega 3 Pet - Fish Oil Liquid for Cats and Dogs - is that ok? Or is that unsafe?

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up.
