Panda is a shih tzu border collie cross and is quite small he has eaten half a roll of toilet paper including the cardboard roll he is eating ok hasn't drunk much but seems bright what should I do does he need to see a vet or is he ok to just monitor over the next few days

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
