My 11 month old dog keeps on whining when we approach other dogs and tugs on the leash, she doesn’t bark at them though. Whenever a dog approaches her, her tail is raised high and I remove her from the situation since I’m afraid she will attack. What should I do and is my dog aggressive? I just want her to be well balanced since when we adopted her she wasnt really socialized with dogs.

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up.
