Hi is rehydration the sole purpose of sub Q fluid for cats with CKD and is reserved for cats that wont drink? Can't cats get water via oral syringe instead? Or from added water in food? I have never seen my cat drink out of the water bowl because I add plenty of water in the food; however he does urinate a lot-- 5 times a day. Would extra liquid intake in cats help with kidney disease or would it post any health problems?

They have improved dramatically over time, but she still has semi-regular gas and seems to be in mild-moderate discomfort from day-to-day. • I discovered my dog drinking out of a bucket of really gross dark green water outside. He was throwing up for a few days. I’ve since removed the bucket of water and he’s stopped throwing up. • Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
