my kitten is keeping me up every night by running like wild and knocking stuff off the walls. I play with her 3x a day (last one before bedtime) until she literally can't chase the toy any longer. what else can i do to have a proper sleep at night? she does this until i get out of bed then she comes and sleeps next to me in the office.. i'm desperate

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good.
