My girlfriends indoor/outdoor cat came home with a limp. I noticed a lump on his tail that seemed to be the source of his pain. We had no idea what could have happened so we immediately made a vet appointment for the next day. They shaved and examined him, gave him a rabies shot, antibiotics, and some stuff to take home. No X-rays were taken. I’m probably just a worried pet mommy, but this looks really bad and he’s still in some pain, hiding away from us and sleeping. What should I do?

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
