Can I give my dog antibiotics and oral flea medicine? My dog is on a round of antibiotics for a skin abrasion that got infected, today while cleaning/dressing the area I found 2 fleas. She is due for her monthly flea medicine, but I am nervous to give it to her as I didn't know if giving it to her would hurt her or render either of the medicines ineffective.
