My dog is a boxer/Belgian malinois & she has discoloration on her stomach, thighs, & armpits. Normally tan/brown, the patches are white. Any ideas?

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up.
