My dogs ears seemed to be very very irritated after having a bad reaction to some dog food. He is on a better food diet now and for his ears I bought an amazing ear solution that cleared them up and now I rinse them a couple days a week, but whenever my hands happen to touch the front bottom of his ears he seems to push his head down as if they hurt or that’s a sensitive spot. Is there any reason my dogs ears would be sesntive although he no longer has an infection?
