My shih tzu just ate a 1/3 of a small chicken bone. She ate her full breakfast just before that and I gave her a tony piece of bagel to hopefully cushion the shards. Should I be worrying or just monitor her now for any signs of upset?

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good. • I discovered my dog drinking out of a bucket of really gross dark green water outside. He was throwing up for a few days. I’ve since removed the bucket of water and he’s stopped throwing up.
