Can I give my cat melatonin? My problem is my cat is very matted. No grooming place around me accepts cats. So, I’m cutting them out myself but he of course gets very upset and makes a weird noise while I’m doing it. I got some out today but I would like to be able to put him to sleep so I can get them all out but I don’t want to hurt him in process.
