Can dogs have allergies to such things as washing power like some humans are? What symptoms would indicate this? I ask because we have 2 boxer dogs one of which is and always has been a bit of a scratcher and a licker. • Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
