My 9 week old puppy has green mucus diarrhea., with a jelly like consistency. He seems always sleepy.. Is this an emergency? he was went 5 times 3hrs

He should be seen as soon as you can get him to the clinic. Rule out everything from intestinal parasites to parvovirus. Diarrhea in a puppy can quickly lead to dehydration and other complications.

Mucus or blood in the stool can indicate that there is severe digestive upset or an illness going on. Young puppies can also get very dehydrated very quickly if they are having multiple episodes of diarrhea.
If your puppy continues to have diarrhea, or shows signs of dehydration (you can check this by gently gripping the loose skin over your puppy's neck and letting it go, if it snaps back fast he is hydrated, if it is slow or sticky he is dehydrated) or other symptoms such as vomiting it is best to schedule an appointment with your vet. If your puppy is showing signs of severe distress such as heavy panting, heaving, loss of consciousness or staggering/confusion then it may be a medical emergency which should be seen immediately.
