I found a kitten about 2-3 weeks old. She's already eating solid foods. Can I just feed her solid foods and lots of water and NO MILK?

Do not feed cow milk. The powdered kitten milk is cheaper and just as good as the premade liquid kitten milk.

I suggest you weigh the kitten. Every 3 1/2 oz (100g) of weight represent 1 week of age.
You should feed it wet food only and add kitten milk until it is about 8 weeks old. She will probably drink it from a bowl. If not. Dip a finger in the warm kitten milk and have her lick it off getting closer and closer to the milk in the bowl. Good luck, raising a kitty is a lot of work, but very rewarding.
