Hello, my puppy suddenly developed diarrhea even after treating for giardia multiple times. The diarrhea always goes away after 3 or 4 days of panacur and metronidazole. The last treatment was panacur for 15 days and metronidazole for about 20 days. She was well for about a month and it seems like she just relapsed. Is there any other effective treatments for this parasite? Can azithromycin be effective in this case? She is on a chicken/rice diet.
