My dog had multiple lump show up about 2 month ago. I had the 1 on his head tested as it was the biggest and ulcerated. It came back as not being cancer. I am wondering from the pictures below if this 1 on his back could be of concern? It on his back close to his neck.

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
