My dog is non stop licking his paws I thought it’s because he hit them the other day in a stone at the side of the street. But now I’m worried. I started googling and I’m afraid it looks like cancer do I wanted to make sure? Also what would you recommend I put ?

• I discovered my dog drinking out of a bucket of really gross dark green water outside. He was throwing up for a few days. I’ve since removed the bucket of water and he’s stopped throwing up.
