My Pomeranian has a sore on his muzzle. It is not healing. I don't know if it needs antibotics or if possibly it is an tooth absess. I had a similar issue with another Pomeranian of mine and it turned out to be a bad tooth that needed to be removed. No signs/symptoms of illness except for this sore. What would cost of exam be? If needs tooth removed, what would cost be?

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good.
