Health

My dog is 13 and has developed a tumor on her elbow since last year, did a blood test half a year ago and they said it wasn’t cancerous. The tumor had since grown in size rapidly. It doesn’t seem to bother her much, she eats wells and is still active with walks, looks chirpy and does not seem to be in pain. My vet suggested against surgery because of the location of the tumor and her age, should I seek second opinion or seek out alternative treatment?
