My dog is suffering from BPH His penis will periodically bleeding Recently it has started bleeding and hasn’t stopped it’s been roughly 24 hours give or take. I am unemployed right now and can’t afford to get him neutered Is there anything I can do to stop the bleeding?

I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good.
