What is the best way to sterilize a litter box to collect a home urine sample from a cat with hydrophobic litter? My cat gets very stressed/aggressive at the vets office and our vet said we could do a home collection to minimize her stress. I know this isn't the ideal method so I want to collect the cleanest sample possible and sterilize the box and collection syringe first (both plastic).
