My dog has been vomiting white foam for nearly 2 days, he also spasms as he vomits and is unable to control his pee and bowel movements when he vomits. Is there anything I can do to help him while at home as we are unable to go to any nearby veterinarian because of the lockdown due to COVID-19. Your help and advice are much appreciated.
