My dog suddenly started experiencing neck/back pain after going down stairs and on a walk. He whimpers (high pitched) every so often when he moves or if we touch him in the wrong spot. He also walks "drunk" and walks/sits/stands with his head down. Not sure if we should go to the emergency vet or wait until the morning.
