Our vet allowed our son to remove her stitches. There are two small stitches still in tact. Do they have to be pulled out and how?

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
