There is a white hard bump on the head of my dogs penis. He was neutered 10 days ago and he never had this before. He has no discomfort with it and no discharge. It is not visable unless my dogs penis comes erect out of the sheath. Should I be concerned?

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
