My cat was treated for a urethral blockage 2 weeks ago. Since then he has been urinating frequently and in small amounts. He is on the urinary prescription diet mixed with water. This morning he was straining to urinate and going outside the box. Then he had a productive urination which made a puddle of about a tablespoon and a half. He is active and pIayful. I have been giving him apple cider vinegar. Should I take him back to the emergency vet? Appt with my regular vet is in 2 days.

• I discovered my dog drinking out of a bucket of really gross dark green water outside. He was throwing up for a few days. I’ve since removed the bucket of water and he’s stopped throwing up. I am concerned however if he needs antibiotics or something in case there was a bacteria or parasite in the bucket of water. • Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good.
