My dog has red patches on his inner legs and I’m not sure if they’re heat rash or something. His behavior and health have been pretty normal but he’s has these reddish brown patches on both of his inner legs. I don’t see him licking himself in that region either

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
